Patrick Rapp har under slutet av sommaren gått en kurs och genom den fått en Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) från Gray Institute i USA. Kursen går ut på att lära sig se och manipulera dysfunktioner för att skapa träningsprogram och förändra övningar utefter alla klienters unika förutsättningar.
Kursen gick Patrick för att ytterligare förstärka Sport Performance Centers position som ett av de ledande företagen inom prestationsbaserad- och funktionell träning i Mälardalen.
Alla klienter har olika behov och olika förutsättningar för att träna och vissa av Sport Performance Centers klienter är elitidrottare på internationell nivå och vissa har skador och kanske inte tränat på flera år. Spannet är enormt och vi vill kunna finnas där för alla oavsett nivå eller mål.
